3. Ordering & Acceptance

When you place an order via our secure checkout, you can review and correct your order before submission. We will send an order acknowledgement by email. A contract of sale is formed when we dispatch your order, at which point you will receive an invoice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases where goods are unavailable, payment authorisation fails, pricing errors occur, or eligibility criteria are not met.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices include VAT (where applicable) and are shown in GBP. Prices and product information are subject to change without notice. In the rare event of a pricing error prior to dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price. We accept major credit cards and Apple Pay.

5. Delivery & Shipping

We ship by mail order across the UK. Delivery is free to mainland UK (1–2 business days). For other locations, please see the Shipping Information page. Risk passes to you when the carrier collects the Goods; title passes upon full payment.

6. Cancellation & Returns

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To return, contact us at support@sparewheel.co and return goods unused in original packaging. You are responsible for return postage unless the Goods are faulty. Certain items (e.g., special orders) may be non-returnable.

7. Product Guarantees & Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to all Goods. Warranty claims require original proof of purchase. We act on your behalf to pursue warranty claims but are not liable for labour or third-party charges. Warranties are void if products are modified or sold to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is owned by The Spare Wheel Company Ltd or its licensors. You may print or download extracts for non-commercial use provided you do not modify content or remove copyright/trademark notices.

9. Service Access

We aim to keep the Site available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance or unforeseen issues without liability.
