- Any item sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
4. Return Process

5. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is a result of our error or faulty Goods.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your Goods arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement, repair or full refund as appropriate.
